About
Join Registered Dietitian Mya Steinhardt as she combines new findings in medical research with Master of Science degree training, and a delicate finesse to put your hopes and dreams on your to-do list. She answers your questions, opens your eyes to a slight change in your lifestyle to get you what you want. At the bottom line, Mya gives the practical advice to help clients take control of their health and appearance and live well every day.
She has taught college-level nutrition at Pennsylvania State University, and written a course book; but her big claim to fame seems to be her ability to lose weight and keep it off for the ensuing years. Her Master’s research was on the topic of why people eat what they eat. This understanding, plus the fact that she has walked successfully through the issue of weight, and family nutrition, and therapeutic nutrition as Clinical Dietitian staff member at Scripps Encinitas Hospital, gives her muscle to motivate you to your success.
Today, her main focus is on clients in her Private Consulting Practice: since 2003 Mya Steinhardt, Registered Dietitian is helping clients at offices in Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad and off-site La Jolla with programs via email or telephone consultations. She has a set of high quality programs, add-on options, bootcamp, and a Marvelous Care System.
